Achievements
- Provided advice and represented food manufacturer in Thailand during US FDA Food Establishment Inspection. We were able to mitigate the result from over 30 counts of violations down to two counts: missing a specific training certification and missing some signatures on old work logs. Business saved (main business = export to USA).
- Assisted a client to release the container which was previously put on hold by FDA due to incorrect labeling. We managed to follow regulation and applied correct labels to all merchandise. FDA inspected and released the goods. Without proper correction, all would be destroyed or exported out of USA.
- Handled FDA inspection on client’s merchandise which was originally put on hold. We thoroughly communicated and provided proper information to FDA Agent resulting in a quick release of the merchandise.
- Assisted clients in selling their products via wholesale channel.
- Provided logistics support to clients such as load/unload merchandise from containers, palletizing and palletized storage, cross-dock services.
